Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all REDTIGER® tags attached. Ensure the garments are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal, attach it securely to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
